Recruitment Stage 2

Hi Guys I tell you like the Stage 2 of our Recruitment will continue

I have to talk with ben about that first, but I tell you my plan step by step:

STEP 1: Me, brandy and mby fearless test the newbys in a 1n1 or 2n2 or something like that, to see their skills

STEP 2: Tell them the things they dont know, like shrine, good defense and some other nice tricks

STEP 3: Some little training games to see what they learned



Maybe we can do another step in the end random team games to get more expirience


Thats the way i think how to get good players and become a strong clan !!!!!

but training is not in 1 vs 1 better 4-3vs4-3

and for test new member is better for me do 2 vs 2 for test their team work. because for win game you must do team work. and in 1 vs 1 there arent it
and they must read the malek's manual.


sir, are you sure that max agi is 200? i think is a bit more as 230-250. how malek are sure that 200 is max?

stage 1 is boring.

hm... actually I got some problems with my shamys...
hoped fearless_killer will be back soon... but he still got problems with his annoying IPS
...and xxxaloholxxx told me he will be not that active this week because of some shitloads of work...
...well ima reply soon about those stages, stay tuned and expect some games in the beginning of october

well you should know xxxaloholxxx and fearless_killer aka owning_helga are my mates in real life...
and clan nohw is our little project to keep an own clan up in bnet...

...everyone told us to go back to wohw or some other clan and everyone said it wont exist longer than 3 months... but hell, nohw still exists and grows (a bit slow)

...ok... i got to admit im pretty down the last 2 weeks, got loads of work in real life (hehe) and hell... xxxaloholxxx got some trouble 2...
and the other crap is that fearless_killer got some fucking annoying Internet Service Provider and it takes now about 5 weeks to cancel the contract -.-

...in the end im just waiting that everyone comes back to the point we had until august... still waiting for my peeps =)
