New method of WC3 map hacking was discovered recently which allows players to use local cheats inbuilt into the map while playing an online game while others play the original map.

this mean all play the orignal map he play the edit map with cheats °_°
the ppl dont dl the edit map this is like the orignal

...is not much different than maphack i think, you customize local data. ...i hope blizzard will find a way to block this oO


Edit: Actually you cant customize custom maps that easy, there are a few ways of protection and security, so im sure for the new games there are special algorythms that wont be hacked THAT FAST, it just destroys the game =/

blizzard only detect battlegames and ban then the ppl
for customgames they dont ban Oo

uuhm... even Virgin-Flesh could have added a few cheats to his map! But I have seen the Source and im pretty sure its clean.

You can manipulate OFC every custom map, but Blizzard doesnt care much about Custom Games i think.

ben btw we have to play the hw version with the o cheat again , that was so funny

haha, thats a very nice example that you cant be sure that the maps are clean. Although the Hero Wars Most Wanted 2008 map is crap anyway =P
